Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use gua.markets. The site is operated by SILKFLOW TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (“Silkflow”, “we”).
1. What Gua is
Gua is a chart-reading website. You choose one classic price structure. Gua checks the candles loaded on the screen and, if that structure is present, draws it and lists a direction, an entry, a stop, and a target measured from the structure. Gua does not send orders, does not connect a trading wallet, and does not hold assets or customer funds.
2. Not a broker, and not advice
Nothing on Gua is an offer, a solicitation, or investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. A measured level describes the candles on the screen. It is not an order you have sent, and it is not a promise that price will reach that level.
3. Market data
Candles marked as live are public market data requested by your browser. A venue name may appear before that venue has live data. Prices can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Gua does not promise that a chart matches any exchange.
4. Credits
Some chat replies use credits stored in your browser. A professional reply may ask our server to rephrase a conclusion already calculated on your device. The raw candle series is not sent for that rephrase. Credits on the screen are not a bank balance. This site does not charge a card today. If a paid plan is offered later, the price and what it includes will be shown before you pay.
5. Other services
Chart marks follow TradingView’s attribution rules. TradingView’s names and logos belong to TradingView. Your browser may request public candles from Hyperliquid. A professional rephrase may be processed by OpenRouter. Visits may be measured by Google Analytics. Those services have their own terms. Silkflow does not control them.
6. Your browser
Preferences, a credit count, and recent chat text may stay in your browser until you clear site data. Do not send a password, a seed phrase, or a private key. We do not ask for them.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, try to obtain hidden keys or private instructions, interfere with the service, or use it where doing so is unlawful.
8. Intellectual property
The Gua name, the turtle-shell mark, and this site’s layout belong to Silkflow or its licensors. Third-party marks stay with their owners. You may use the site to read charts. You receive no other license.
9. Liability
The site is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, Silkflow is not liable for trading losses, missing data, an interrupted chart, or a decision you make after reading a page. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid Silkflow for Gua in the 30 days before the claim, or nothing if you paid nothing.

We may replace these terms by posting a new version here. The date above is the version in force. Questions: info@gua.markets. Do not include secrets in the message.
